This Privacy Policy explains how OPDADA Korea Guide ("we", "us", "the site"), available at korea.opdada.com, handles information when you visit. OPDADA Korea Guide is an informational travel-guide site operated as part of OPDADA (opdada.com). We keep this simple because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and there are no sign-up, login, or contact forms on this site. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or other personal information that identifies you. We do not sell or rent any data.
2. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, how many people view a page and which pages are popular). It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build individual profiles. The data is anonymous and aggregated.
3. Cookies and embedded content
The site itself does not place advertising or tracking cookies on your device. However, some pages include content or links from third parties that may set their own cookies when you interact with them:
- Music player (YouTube): An optional music feature embeds YouTube. If you open and use it, Google/YouTube may set cookies as described in their own privacy policy. It does not load until you interact with it.
- Affiliate links: When you click a booking or shopping link (see below), the partner may set a cookie to attribute a resulting booking. This does not identify you to us.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links on this site — for example to book hotels, tours, or a travel eSIM (through partners such as Agoda, Klook, and Airalo, via the LinkPrice affiliate network) — are affiliate links. If you book or buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects the price you pay, and it does not change our recommendations. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored where they appear.
5. Third-party services
The third parties whose services may process data when you use this site include:
- Cloudflare — hosting and privacy-first analytics.
- Google / YouTube — only if you use the optional embedded music player.
- Affiliate partners (Agoda, Klook, Airalo, and the LinkPrice network) — only when you click an affiliate link.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing any data it collects.
6. Your choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can choose not to interact with the optional music player or affiliate links. You can review and adjust Google's ad and data settings at Google My Ad Center.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here.
