Contact
Email is the only channel, and it is read by the person who writes the site.
Replies usually go out within one to three working days. Korea is UTC+9, so allow for the time difference.
What to write about
- Corrections. A price, a rule or an opening time that no longer matches reality. These are dealt with first.
- Something missing. A question you could not get answered anywhere — usually the best source of new pages.
- A tool behaving oddly. Wrong result, blank screen, a button that does nothing.
- Partnership or advertising. Tourism boards, operators and brands are welcome to get in touch.
What makes a report easy to act on
The page address, what you expected, and what you actually saw. For a calculator, the numbers you entered. For a display problem, your browser and whether it was phone or desktop. With those, most reports can be reproduced and fixed the same day; without them it usually takes several rounds of email.
What cannot be answered here
Personal visa decisions, medical questions and anything needing a professional opinion are outside what this site can responsibly answer. Korea Immigration (1345), the 120 Dasan Call Centre in Seoul and your own embassy are the right places for those, and their answers actually count.
